Hello I’m Jason

I love designing and making sculpture for public places and other spaces.

I enjoy talking to people encouraging them to help me find out what makes their place special, digesting research, anecdotes and unexpected inspirations to conceive of original artworks that are physically durable and embed within their particular setting, socially and geographically.

I meet people and work with communities. I offer presentations, live drawing sessions, making workshops, design discussion, I realise projects within budgets, liaise with all interested parties, steering committees, architects, structural engineers, foundries, fabricators, hauliers, suppliers, crane operators, civil engineers and the public to enable meaningful projects.

I also make my own artworks some of which can be found in this website or can be viewed at my studio by arrangement.
